Returns and Exchange Policy

You have the option to return any product ordered within 30 days of its date of receipt. TobiAkiode offers two types of returns: online or at the address stipulated below.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, in its entirety (boxes, accessories, covers, labels, booklets, etc.) and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the receipt. We recommend you take all necessary precautions to ensure its protection. Any damaged, used, incomplete, or soiled product will not be eligible for a refund.

TobiAkiode only replaces a product if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at for support.

Returns procedures

Terms and fees of return are provided by TobiAkiode.


Declare your return Online:

1. Go to the “Sign in” Account section of the website.

2. Sign in using your “Member” ID and password or the “Verify the order” fields.

3. Once you’re signed in, go to your order and click on “Request return.”

4. Select the product(s) to be returned and indicate the reason for return.

5. Confirm/Create your request for a return. You will receive a confirmation email with your return number.


To return your package:

Drop it off at or mail your product to:

You will be required to present your ID. If you designated a third person to make a return, he/she must provide his/her own ID.

After a preliminary check of the product returned, a Customer service consultant will provide you with a document acknowledging the return of your item(s). Keep this document until you receive an email confirming your refund.

When you return a product to us, please note that the refund will not be made on-site.

Cost of returns

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The shipping return cost will be deducted from your refund if you receive a refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. However, we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Terms of refund

In case of a return, the refund will occur within 72 hours of receipt of the product(s). However, the maximum period for refund is 14 days after receipt.

A confirmation email will be sent to you. The refund will then be made according to the same payment method and in the same currency as that used by the customer upon payment of his/her order.

Mode of refund: Refunds will be made via the credit card used for payment. For security reasons, we are not authorized to carry out the refund to another account or via a credit card other than that used to pay for the order.


Late or missing refunds

Our Refund and return policy requires that if you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.



Our Refund and returns policy requires that if the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you would receive a gift credit for the value of your return. In addition, once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
